Summary
Elcons was established by Managing Director John Peel in 2008 and as well as being Managing Director, John is involved with day to day running of the business and is Elcons’ Senior Advocate representing the majority of clients at Tribunal, having an outstanding success rate.
John having worked in the industry sector for over 15 years in a managerial capacity identified that there was a gap in the market
to develop a HR and Health and Safety consultancy that could deliver a more efficient and more importantly personal service to their clients.
Elcons currently service a large number of businesses across all sectors ranging from SME’s to large corporate companies.
We employ highly qualified experienced HR and legal experts who strive to build strong working relationships with our clients on a one-to-one basis.
