I have translated several projects of up to 42,000 words, and also smaller documents, depending on the client's requirements.

I was born in South East France, and moved to the UK in 1993, and started working as a sole trading freelance professional in 1999, and am available full time, including weekends. I have valid DBS Standard and Enhanced Certificates and a valid Home Office Counter Terrorist Clearance.

Expertise

From 1993 (when I moved to the UK) until 1999, I had SECRETARIAL, COMMERCIAL and CUSTOMER LIAISON positions, working for major Companies, using FRENCH, ITALIAN, ENGLISH and GERMAN BUSINESS LANGUAGE. I worked for ROLLS ROYCE (Purchasing Dept.) and DUNLOP (Sales Dept.), amongst other Companies.

I also obtained excellent results at the psychometric tests carried out by Dunlop, and dramatically improved the Company's cash flow and general relationship with British and European suppliers at Rolls Royce.

Since I started working as a freelance, sole trading linguist in 1999, I have worked for Clients in the BUSINESS, LEGAL, PUBLIC SERVICES, GOVERNMENT, MEDICAL, DEVELOPMENT and ENVIRONMENT FIELDS.
