With a career spanning both public and private sectors; (proud Retailer who firmly believes the best experiences come from the coal face of customer service!) I’ve led teams, transformed recruitment and retention strategies to place the best people in the right roles, streamlined operations, and designed leadership programmes that deliver real, measurable results.
