I believe work should enhance a person's life, and to that end I prefer being in an environment that challenges my skills, knowledge and experience whilst making a difference to the world at large. Being based in the West Midlands and North West of England are great locations for working around the country and as a consultant I get to see how hundreds of businesses operate every year.
To improve how I think and work, I enjoy gathering around me interesting people with perspectives that add to my own. I'm values based and prefer working for a purpose than for riches.
