  Firstly it offers a bespoke Computer Aided Design Configuration service in support of Building Information Modelling and full integration with an organisations proceses and procedures.

  To achieve full benefits this can be combined with the second business stream offered.

  In addition to the CAD consultancy, Alveni Enterprises is also able to offer a full strategic review for any business issue that is causing concern and offer an alternate viewpoint that can be of great use to the CEO.

  This strategic review can be incorporated in updated processes and configurations to truly transform your business in the face of what is an increasingly disruptive environment where company failures have reached an all time high over the past few years.

  The MBA allowed me to develop a greater understanding of the functional disciplines of management and begin to develop knowledge of both the the language of management and the core concepts within the discipline. Specific modules included marketing, finance, operations management, human resources, reflective leadership and the international environment.

  This allowed me to explore multiple aspects of strategic management in depth such as  strategy formulation, implementation and the management of innovation, all critical elements of successful leadership as well as viewing organisations as complete entities along with consideration of holistic, strategic approaches to development of businesses and how to add value to an organisation immediately. Further skills include consultancy and research methodologies.

  A six year course where I gained an understanding of concepts, techniques and issues encountered in computing and IT; covering topics such as programming, networking and operating systems.

   

  this developed in to more advanced areas such as computer science, digital technologies, networking, software development, and web development along with a major project in the field of digital communications.
