I recently engaged with Phil on a business startup that I'm working on, launching within the online media space. The issues that we had related to;

After some excellent feedback and analysis from Phil, we worked on a plan to achieve the end goal with radically different tactics to those that I had originally planned. This helped address and solved the main issues outlined above (and added to the initial plan/offering). What I specifically enjoyed is Phil's probing style of asking questions. I found it fostered an atmosphere that lead me to start to think outside the box and offer solutions myself.
