Phil Fraser's Testimonial

I recently engaged with Phil on a business startup that I'm working on, launching within the online media space. The issues that we had related to;

1. Attempting to build a business in a very competitive market with a very limited budget
2. The structural side of running and growing the business in this vertical with a bootstrap mentality/process

After some excellent feedback and analysis from Phil, we worked on a plan to achieve the end goal with radically different tactics to those that I had originally planned. This helped address and solved the main issues outlined above (and added to the initial plan/offering). What I specifically enjoyed is Phil's probing style of asking questions. I found it fostered an atmosphere that lead me to start to think outside the box and offer solutions myself.

I would strongly recommend working with Phil if you have an end goal in mind but need to develop a roadmap to help achieve this commercial goal. We initially started by bouncing some ideas around and then developed it into a more formal plan. I found the experience to be extremely positive.
