I work with organisations and employees to optimise psychological wellbeing. This includes: supporting organisational culture; enhancing relationships; improving self-awareness; and increasing potential.
This may be achieved through working with: individual employees; leaders and managers; or senior leaders and board members. A bespoke approach is collaboratively agreed according to need. This may include: consultation; development of a psychological wellbeing strategy; personality assessment; coaching and mentoring; therapy; supervision; and training.
Goals are to benefit individual, team and organisational performance by creating and maintaining healthy and psychologically sustainable workplaces.
