Summary
I am Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Registered Valuer working for a national firm of surveyors based in Manchester offering general practice consultancy advising clients on valuation, agency, rating and landlord & tenant matters on all types of real estate. Currently undertaking a wide range of secured lending valuations looking to discuss opportunities with established financial institutions.
Currently working as part of a commercial team as based in the center of Manchester undertaking valuations for loan security for a number of national financial institutions across the north providing in depth market knowledge on a wide range of property types. Acting for all the main clearing banks and specialist lenders we place a large focus of reporting to our clients within tight timescales, being cost effective and maintaining regular client contact.
I also continue to provide consultancy advice on a number of matters including business rates with the upcoming 2017 revaluation and agency advice with a strong knowledge of online advertising / agency portals.
