Daniel is a Senior Associate in Hill Dickinson's Commercial Litigation team working across Manchester and Liverpool.
Experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation, Daniel acts for both claimants and defendants in matters including breach of contract claims, tortious claims, shareholder and director disputes, defamation, intellectual property disputes and claims for breach of warranty.
Daniel has particular experience in prosecuting claims for professional negligence relating to negligent advice provided by solicitors and financial advisors and regularly advises in relation to claims for unfair prejudice.
Daniel is also experienced in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, having been involved in mediations and expert determinations that yielded successful results for the clients.
