Summary
I am looking to expand Ibex Gale's people management expertise in the north west and am interested in networking to share ideas and growing referral networks.
I spent over 12 years working as an employment lawyer for an international law firm regularly advising on complex disputes, large scale restructures, TUPE and all people related matters. I am also a CIPD qualified HR professional with experience or providing people management support for all types of organisations including working within HR management roles. Key skills inlcude: specialist investigation projects, restructuring project planning and advice, collective consultation, TUPE management, employee relations advice, building strategic HR capabilities and training managers.
