Lie Catching at the ABP North West

Lie Catching at the ABP North West

Last Thurday was the presentation of "Lie to Me" by Cliff Lansley and Aaron Gardener of the Paul Ekman group at the ABP North West meeting held at Manchester Business School. Over 30 people attended this very entertaining, interactive and relevant session. Some great networking took place and we all felt wiser about how to detect particular emotions which are incongruent with the image people are trying to present. There was a real buzz about using this in Coaching and Selection contexts and to find out more about Paul Ekmans work. If you would like to come along to our next session on the 14th September "Love Me Tender" a participative session on How to win Tenders in the Public Sector By Ulka Kulkarni of Thornton & Lowe then email admin@theabp.org. Price for non members is £15; members £10. Hope to see you there! Rachael
