Banks are seemingly shutting many new options for mortgages including obviously those in Manchester. However those with good credit ratings or professionals with equity to put down on buying a home should still be ok. Banks should still be on the lookout to pick up new quality customers and in the current climate they have one of the best opportunities to do so.
