There is much debate and assumption that property prices are falling in Manchester. From my own research, this is dependent on the usual main factor - location. Prices in Didsbury, Cheshire and some esteemed city centre locations seem to be actually still rising. Also I have noticed quality and individuality are important in respect to city centre apartments in particular.
