Phone promptly answered by a very helpful knowledgeable person, took the time to clarify and resolve our requirements / issues, with a friendly and positive attitude. Have great idea of what customer service is about. Used these folks for a few years and never had any technical problems that were not of our own making, but that were not resolved with a smile.
