KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Preparation of work scopes for subcontract trades to submit prices for works
2. Review and generate subcontract price comparison schedules for projects - both in estimating and surveying departments
3. Measurement of works packages and scopes of works from project drawings
4. Issuing out of estimating enquiries and ensuring return of enquiries
5. Formulation and issuing of Subcontract Orders
6. Site visits, to carry out site measures of works completed
7. Sourcing and vetting of potential new Subcontractors and Supply Chain Partners
8. Upkeep of Commercial Reporting Schedules
9. Involvement in the preparation and submission of Tenders
10. Assistance in the formulation of monthly valuation of works, and financial reports for
submission to the Director.
11. Site Commercial Admin and Document Control - such as Drawing Schedules, Operations & Maintenance Manuals and Certificates from Clients
