I am an Associate in the Commericial Litigation team at SAS Daniels specialising in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency law.
I usually act for Insolvency Practitioners in the protection, investigation into and realisation of assets as well as advising individuals in relation to issues arising from insolvency.
I also operate an insolvent debt service providing administrative assistance to individuals and companies to ensure that they receive any dividend payable.
Personal and Corporate Insolvency.
Acting for Insolvency Practitioners further to the realisation of assets in insolvent estates in both contentious and non-contentious matters;
Advising in relation to outstanding debts;
Responding to statutory demands and winding up or bankruptcy petitions;
Responding to claims brought by Insolvency Practitioners;
Acting for creditors who are owed money by insolvent individuals or companies.
