Summary
I offer counselling which is effective for treating depression and anxiety, whatever the cause.
Together we set objectives according to what is appropriate for you. The counselling session is your time and space to talk about whatever you find difficult. My role is to focus on what you are feeling about your life and what you want to get out of it. We identify the gap between what you want and what you have now. I support you to work out your own solutions rather than telling you what to do because, although you may find it hard to believe at the moment, I believe you are the expert on your own life.
