I work with people who want to improve their bottom-line results; who need to be more focused, to feel more in control, to have a more committed team and to know they're making progress and moving forward in a meaningful direction. As well as better results, everything starts to become more enjoyable too.
Typically, I'll work with you to create a practical (business/marketing) plan and will then work along side you to implement that plan over a number of months. Once we start, we'll do whatever needs to be done to get moving and gain some real momentum. You set the destination and the agenda.
I've been doing this for 8 years now. Prior to that I had a wide and varied commercial general management career spanning 25 years, both in the UK and overseas.

I can cover all aspects of business: strategy, planning, marketing, selling, customer service, systems, processes, procedures, team, communication and finance. I'll also work with you on developing the leadership & management skills of key people in the organisation.
