Hi, I'm Katie, a Career Coach for professionals over 40 who want a career change.
I help people figure out what matters to them and choose work that brings them the meaning, purpose and balance that they are seeking.
I believe that having a rewarding career is a key part of having a happy, fulfilled life and that’s something we all deserve. We are all living and working for longer and so careers after 40 deserve the same attention as when we entered the workforce all those years ago.
I provide 1-to-1 coaching sessions which are personalised and results focused and I offer a range of comprehensive programs whether you want a slight shift or a completely new career.
My coaching is designed to help you gain a clear understanding of what you want next and how to achieve it. This is much more than comparing various career paths and tackling the job search. It’s about understanding you as a person first, what career means to you and what the 'right' next step involves. Career change can be overwhelming and procrastination can set in, but through my structured approach I will guide you to the new career you want and deserve.
