Summary
I began my career within the recruitment industry not long into my working life, initially focusing on the IT and technology sector. This interest in recruitment then led me to work across a variety of industries, enabling me to have the opportunity to run my own business for a number of years.
Eventually the opportunity came about to utilise my experience in a thriving recruitment company, which is when I first joined Pareto with the vision to set up the Executive Division. Over the years I have developed a focused and powerful team of consultants, who have gone from strength to strength. Since working at Pareto I have had the pleasure of partnering with huge blue chip companies as well as small to medium enterprises, providing the very best executive recruitment services to globally recognised companies. Organisations will come to us with many niche recruitment needs, so I ensure that the executive team meet these needs and cover all bases. This ranges from sourcing middle management professionals, to finding more experienced sales directors that can be integrated into our clients businesses. Pareto’s ability to recruit sales professionals with a wealth of experience allows me to utilise my skills in a fast paced yet challenging role, making me proud to work for the UK’s largest sales recruitment and development agency.
