I am currently a Solicitor in the Private Client team at Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers LLP in Oldham. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and have been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2012. STEP is a worldwide professional association for practitioners in the field of Trust and Estate administration, promoting best practice and professional integrity.
I am also a Full Accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
I have experience in dealing with a broad range of Private Client issues and am able to help clients in planning for their futures; from drafting Wills and providing advice on estate planning and tax, to the administration of Estates and providing advice on Trusts. I am also able to assist with the varying types of Court of Protection applications and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
