I provide expert benefit advice and consultancy services predominantly to individuals that have suffered personal injury. I work with Personal Injury Solicitors and Case Management firms to ensure that their clients are getting all of the benefits to which they are entitled.
I deliver seminars on Welfare Reform and it's potential impact on clients and bespoke training sessions for professionals. I also assist clients in lodging benefit appeals, provide representation at Social Security Tribunals and prepare expert witness statements on past benefit entitlements in loss of dependency claims brought under the Fatal Accidents Act.

I have over 10 years experience working in welfare benefits, with Local Authorities, the Department for Work and Pensions and as a freelance adviser. I have delivered talks on the benefit framework and Welfare Reform at numerous medico-legal seminars. I have also contributed to Facts & Figures and various industry journals.
