I provide specialist employment advice on all aspects of employment law, acting for both employers and employees.
Through undertaking high net worth insurance referral work I have gained experience on all aspects of unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract claims in the Employment Tribunal.
I also advise on all areas of non-contentious employment related matters, such as the preparation and implementation of contracts of employment, employee handbooks and policies and compromise agreements. I am also experienced in advising in relation to the employment aspects of business change, such as the transfer, sale or purchase of businesses, including TUPE.
I provide client training and seminars and I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
