I'm a qualified and experienced coach and the founder of Resourceful Coaching. Prior to setting up my own coaching business I worked as a media and communications trainer, PR consultant, journalist and copywriter in a range of large and small organisations - and I still do some work in this area. Many of my current clients or former employers are starting up or returning to the business arena, working on very limited budgets or facing very pressurised situations, and I specialise in helping people maximise their existing resources and find creative and flexible solutions to the challenges that face them.
I received in-depth training from Coaching Development, which I believe to be one of the best coaching programmes in the World. I am trained in NLP and Transactional Analysis. I have also completed a Diploma in Coaching and undertaken advanced coach training in Corporate Coaching, the Boundaries between Coaching and Therapeutic Inteventions and Mindfullness in Coaching.
