Elizabeth gained 3 years management experience within the hospitality industry prior to gaining her degree in 1995, when she commenced a career in Engineering Consultancy. This afforded her the opportunity to gain 9 years wide ranging experience in Financial and Construction Project Management, Loss adjustment, Crisis management and Structural Design. As co- owner, Elizabeth has been involved in the running of Highwire Ltd on an executive level since 1997 and joined the company in a full time capacity in 2003 as Financial Director. This role has drawn on and developed all areas of her expertise. During her time with Highwire Ltd she has successfully used these skills to consolidate the Company\'s financial & legal status and ensure that the correct support systems are in place to achieve a consistent, high quality service.
