We are based in Lymm, Cheshire, and have clients from across the UK. The company started trading in early 1994, and has been incorporated since 1999.
David Woodyatt
David graduated from Imperial College, London in 1984 in Civil Engineering.
After working in the construction industry for a year David moved into accountancy training with a number of local accountancy firms, and he worked as an accountant on a sub-contractual basis from 1990 to 1992.
David then took a year out from accountancy, working first working first for Allied Dunbar doing direct selling of pensions and insurance, and then for an American management consultancy firm on projects in the Czech Republic and Scotland. In that year he learnt a lot about dealing with people and handling awkward situations: lessons which have held him in good stead ever since.
By 1994 David had built up a small cluster of clients, on whose behalf he started to provide management accounting services; in that year he set up David Woodyatt & Co.
