Established in 1984, MWL Systems (Microcomputer Workshops Ltd) has earned an enviable reputation for providing IT solutions and support from SMEs to large public sector organisations. Operating from offices in Wrexham, Manchester and Colwyn Bay, our clients are supported by highly qualified systems engineers, software developers and a team of first line support technicians making up the support desk. Alongside these teams sits our Workshop and test area and a fully equipped training and seminar suite.
The team
Our systems engineering skill set includes, but is not limited to; Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and Citrix platforms whilst programming and application development skill set includes Access, ASP, ASP.NET and more. The operation is designed to be to be easily scalable to cope with demands of both SME’s and larger businesses alike.
MWL Systems holds Microsoft’s highest level of accreditation - Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status with a specific competency achieved in Microsoft’s Advanced Network Infrastructure Solutions. Our business also boasts an approved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO 20000 Service Management as well as having been awarded the recognition of Investors in People. All of these achievements and partnerships require on-going development and training to uphold.
Where possible we employ the latest in technology within our own business, the most visible being our call management system which is used for logging and managing fault calls and can be accessed directly by customers if required. In addition to this we utilise an automated Call Response System through our IP telephone system.
