Expertise

I specialise in stopping my client's spending money they don't need to and delivering real value based on business needs. I work within the organisation to establish key business requirements and I deliver. I have generated £9M savings to client organisations in the last 5 years

I am passionate about the benefits that proactive procurement can bring to an organisation and hold the view that procurement cannot be done to an organisation but must be done with the organisation. Success is not simply about low prices but it's about generating real and tangible benefits, commercial and operational.
