Adel was trained at City University, London by Valerie Austin in the use of her world recognised advanced therapeutic techniques. Adel has been awarded the Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice which is the highest status awarded by the General Hypnotherapy Register. A Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy based in the Cordoba Clinic in Salford she has been helping people to make profound changes since 2004. She is also a Holistic LIfe Coach with the Chek Institute.
Her mission is to help people improve their lives substantially and permanently with the help of a variety of exceptional techniques. No two clients are the same. She approaches each person she sees as an individual with individual needs and through intuition and many years of experience knows the best form of treatment. As a result, the number of sessions required are kept to a minimum and unlike some therapists who spend 10-20 sessions with clients, the majority of issues can be resolved in anywhere between 1-5, rarely more than this is required.
