Personnel work included serving as Secretary to the Management &Trade Union Joint Committee with lead responsibility for taking forward key and sensitive industrial relations initiatives through working parties, training and consultative exercises.

Conversant and comfortable with a wide range of learning styles, needs and techniques which have been successfully adapted for clients in the private corporate, public and voluntary sectors. Ability to relate to cross section of training delegates, ranging from Chief Executive Officers to Jobseekers. Meticulous planner, with an eye for detail at the design, delivery, evaluation and after care stages of the training cycle. Comfortable with and experienced in both solo and collective training delivery. Practioner of “joined up thinking”, ensuring that training is threaded into all appropriate corporate policies and procedures. Highly skilled in ensuring that training is “equality proofed” with indicators for direct, indirect or institutional discrimination. Volunteer advocate and trainer for people at the margins of society.
