Summary
I am a CIPD qualified HR Consultant and gained a wealth of my 20+ years experience working for a global private health care provider.
Jackie Whittle Consultancy offers a bespoke service to all clients to meet your needs according to time, resources and budget. Our services include HR advice and/or management, an end-to-end recruitment facility, independent mediation, training and talent management to name a few.
We have a wealth of experience in generalist/operational HR, employee relations and reward. Workplace Mediation is an informal but structured way of resolving disputes using an independent third party who assists the parties to discuss and examine the issues behind the conflict and agree a mutually acceptable way forward.
The mediation route is a quick, flexible, voluntary process which removes the barriers that have led to people becoming entangled in formal disputes. It ensures all parties are responsible for reaching a resolution on how they can once again work alongside or with one another without the need to use more formal or legal procedures.
The benefits of mediation are:
• Improved working relationships and staff morale.
• Retention of experienced staff.
• Increased motivation and a reduction in stress related sickness absence.
• Increased productivity and profitability.
Managing formal grievances can be a long and expensive process for any organisation due to the time spent on formal procedures. Offering mediation as an option for potential resolution can be less stressful for all parties concerned as the majority of workplace mediations are concluded within one working day.
To support your recruitment needs, we are able to manage this on your behalf or work as business partners. If your training requirement is a 1-2-1 need or for an organisational wide initiative, we are able to make this a reality.
