I am a versatile, high-achieving change management consultant with international experience in both the private and public sectors, including oil and gas, utilities, telecommunications, central and local government and the MOD. I have worked with both large and small businesses in the UK and many countries overseas.
For over 30 years I have devised and implemented business-critical transformational change for blue-chip clients, including BP, Shell, ENI, Petrobras and Statoil, leading complex restructuring initiatives, delivering significant improvements, building revenues and reducing costs. Projects have included the total restructure of a business unit for a major oil company, implementation of a new billing process and service centre for an electricity supplier and the identification of a more effective funding structure for a large leisure centre.
My own independent consultancy, Azarel, which I launched over 12 years ago, owes its on-going success to my solid strengths in business transformation and change management, leadership, process optimisation and financial control. My approach is simple and extremely effective. I work with organisations to help them generate real, lasting and beneficial change. In short, I make things happen.
