I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Jon Lee, I am the Director of CPPI Ltd.

I am not an Accountant, nore am I a Tax advisor, but I am someone who looks for opportunities to save people and business money, because If you can save people money they never thought they would receive, you make a positive new contact, and business opportunity comes from good positive contacts.

Whilst in our normal daily routine I happenned to speak to a contact I met 12 months ago who was very excited about a new opportunity for all growing Ltd company SME businesses who have 800k and above turnover and 20+ employees.

Research & Development (R&D) is a little used opportunity to realise Tax claims for business innovation and growth.

Most SME businesses start from humble beginnings, (in my case the dining room) So your first accountant is usually hired under the 'cheapest is best' option. This option, although applicable at first remains the same option throughout your businesses growth period and beyond.

With the accountant only using the 'standard small' accounting CT600 form, rather than the full form which would have cost you extra, you would never know that there is a section 101 on the CT600 form which is applicable to R&D. (I advise you ring your accountant now and ask him what your CT600 section 101 claim was this year), if nothing, you NEED to get in touch.

Since 2000, HMRC have run a scheme allowing business to claim monies back for genuine R&D within growing companies, providing you meet with specific criteria. The rational behind this grant was to drive manufacturing and innovation. Your accountant is normally neither qualified or interested in delivering this complex process due to cost, and would look to outsource the business to a specialist R&D specialist claim company.

If you are interested in knowing whether you are eligible for a claim, why not email me now on jonlee769@gmail.com and I can introduce you to the firm I have introduced 27 SME businesses to this month, all but one have signed up and instructed their accountants to work with them. The results are proving to be stunning.

Do not delay, if your Tax period is due, you can use the potential claim to off set Tax owed by claiming the previous two years Tax back.

Good Luck
