I would not recommend using this firm to anyone. The partners are incredibly rude and condescending, acting as if the customers are there to serve them rather than vice-versa. This is not the service expected when dealing with the sensitive matters of will-writing and powers of attorney. Poor and incorrect advice was also given, which is unprofessional and shows a lack of integrity. I have recommended that my relative removes her custom from the Warr Partnership and will be spreading the word to others to steer clear!
