We called to report an electrical issue on Sunday morning and were offered an engineer to call out that afternoon. We were happy to wait until Monday and were advised we would be visited the following afternoon. Amie kept us updated regularly and was extremely helpful. The engineers turned up at the time specified, we’re very professional and fixed the fault quickly. An excellent service from start to finish and a very reasonable price too
