I really enjoyed the Strengths programme and coaching with Rachel. I liked the combination of the self-directed Strengths assessment and reflection exercise followed by the coaching session. Rachel is a very easy person to talk to and the coaching felt very natural and helped me make some decisions that I had been putting off for a while. I’ve already noticed an immediate impact myself and have also seen an immediate positive impact on the team.
