Summary

I have a wealth of experience gained from a 16 year career in the Royal Air Force on the front line and at their centre for Leadership and Management and as a successful L&D Manager in the extremely competitive security industry. I am particularly adept at helping functional experts become great leaders and managers.

    • Designed and delivered an ILM accredited ‘Talent Pipeline’ program to focus more on commercial awareness through the incorporation of an operational management mentoring scheme.  Within 6 months 66% of graduates were successful in gaining management positions greatly reducing recruitment costs and improving retention through effective succession planning – programme content developed to meet specific cultural change within executive team (holistic approach to client portfolio management)

    •  Training Needs Analysis to establish future training requirements both internally and for external clients

    •  Development of strategic delivery and assessment frameworks for Apprenticeship programmes

    •  Design and delivery of assessor training to Operational Management team (including Coaching and Mentoring)

    •  Identified and delivered the resource and logistic requirements to manage and deliver Apprenticeship programme for up to 500 learners nationwide
