Hello, my name is Lee Thompson, I own LMT Property Consultants, however, I also have a role of letting manager at The Letting Agency, based in Ashton-under-Lyne. My dealings with clients, landlords and tenants generally go through this company.
I am always on the lookout for new clients to build my own and the Letting Agency’s managed properties.
I have invertors waiting for new property, some of which can complete cash buys.
I offer complete management of any residential property or alternatively I can offer a tailor made package to suit your individual needs.
I am based in Tameside and so the majority of properties are in and around Tameside however I manage properties in Manchester city centre, and as far out as Bolton, and Rochdale, essentially, I am happy to take on properties over the whole of Greater Manchester.
