I am a Business Architect and Operational Excellence consulting leader specialising in service delivery design, global business services, shared services, process architecture, organisation design and automation-enabled transformation.
My work focuses on helping organisations redesign how work gets done — translating strategy into executable operating models, defining the capabilities required, designing service delivery models, shaping organisation and role architecture, and improving workflows through standardisation, automation and stronger governance.
I have led design work across complex and global environments, including post-merger finance transformation, global shared service and business service design, offshore wind service restructuring, and the design of business optimisation capabilities supporting enterprise transformation programmes.
Recent experience includes redesigning a global finance function following merger and acquisition activity, defining the future service delivery model, organisation structure, workflow improvement roadmap, role architecture and shared service offerings required to support the new model. I have also architected a global lease management and accounting service within a Global Business Services environment, defining the end-to-end business service, process architecture, ownership model and role requirements.
I bring a data-led approach to transformation. I have built diagnostic ecosystems combining task mining, process architecture, people analytics, automation assessment and AI-enabled visualisation. This includes using Paxray for task mining, Liberty Spark for process architecture, Orgvue and Python for organisation and people data analysis, and Databricks with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support structured analysis, project knowledge management and HTML-based data visualisation.
My experience is supported by practical use of enterprise architecture, process and organisation design platforms including MEGA HOPEX, BiZZdesign, Orgvue, Liberty Platform for Spark, Liberty Create, BPMN, RPA and IDP. I have also built service partnerships with providers such as Netcall to support workflow orchestration, ERP-wrapper capability, interoperability and automation-enabled service delivery.
I am particularly interested in work where business architecture, service delivery design, shared services, organisation design, process architecture and automation come together to improve clarity, efficiency, decision-making and business performance.
