Booth Ainsworth announced the launch of Solutions for Accounting (North West) on the 1st of April 2008. The firm joined forces with our existing partner, Solutions for Accounting in Nottingham, in order to improve and extend the Sage support service that we currently provide to our clients in the North West. Solutions for Accounting are a leading Sage Business Partner and earlier this year they celebrated ten years experience of helping their clients choose the right business solution. Solutions are among a select few Sage Business Partners who have won the \"Sage Circle of Excellence\" customer service award for three consecutive years. They provide expert advice, consultation, installation, training and support on the entire Sage range including Sage 50, Sage 200 and a number of industry specific solutions including manufacturing, construction, contact and document management. Through the new business venture we will be able to offer our clients all the additional services and experience that Solutions currently provide. I head up the North West division and I am the normal contact point for assistance. In addition, clients can also obtain telephone support for Sage queries directly from Solutions. From 1 April 2008, started offering all of our clients an annual Sage support contract. Clients can pay a monthly or an annual fee and then receive unlimited telephone and remote support throughout the year. In addition to my support clients now also have access to a further seven experienced support staff during the working week from 9am - 5pm. At Booth Ainsworth we are now able to offer a greater number of Sage services and flexibility with your Sage support requirements.
