# Offer solutions to developers, portfolio managers and others for land and property management and (re)development and supporting land and property investment decisions.
# Take forward sites for planning/development consent, including: supporting applications with specialist technical advice; promoting sites through formal consenting processes; assisting contractors with planning, environmental and statutory requirements and contract reviews.
# Lead or support: Environmental Impact Assessments, ESIA, FRA and similar assessments for development and infrastructure proposals including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects; generate environmental and engineering designs; manage multidisciplinary self- or client-selected environmental teams; appraise issues, constraints, opportunities and risks relating to land and property; and prepare and/or review reports and supporting documentation, for confidential circulation or formal submission including inquiries.
# Act as intermediaries between developers, regulators, agencies, land owners and the public, including: conducting formal consultations with regulators, agencies and third parties; managing publicity, marketing and communications exercises; and using various media to support development proposals.
