I am a highly experienced and credible CIPD qualified HR professional (Fellow of CIPD) with over 30 years' experience of providing pragmatic, practical and commercially focused HR support across a number of sectors that include the UK MoD, Aerospace, Engineering and Production in a variety of geographic locations both in the UK and overseas.
I have held a number of senior HR roles in blue chip companies; my last appointment was HR Director for Europe's largest privately owned Aerospace company - 4000 employees in UK, Middle East, Australia and Canada.
