AI and Computer Vision HSE Reporting
Safety reporting in the field is meant to be quick, but long forms and clunky apps mean hazards go unlogged. So we built Fore-Site — our own AI-powered progressive web app that turns a single photo into a complete observation, incident or hazard report. The AI reads the image, drafts the details and the worker just checks and submits. It works offline, syncs when reconnected, and feeds a desktop command centre for tracking, investigation and approval
The report that never gets

On a busy site, spotting a hazard is the easy part. Logging it is where reporting falls down: the worker has to stop, open an app, and fight through long forms — picking categories, rating risk, writing a description — often with gloves on, in poor signal, with a dozen other jobs waiting. So the near-miss goes unreported, and the paper trail that keeps people safe never gets started.
The teams that need this most — construction, energy, manufacturing, industrial — work in exactly the conditions that make traditional reporting hardest: no desk, patchy connectivity, and no time. And even when reports do land, safety managers are left stitching them together by hand to see what's actually happening across their sites.

With the 2027 MEES deadline looming, commercial landlords need to know where their buildings stand — fast. So we built Energy Survey: our own product for commercial EPCs. An online EPC Risk Calculator checks a property against the national register, shows its MEES risk instantly, and turns that into a fixed quote for a Level 3 or Level 4 assessment in under two hours. From worried landlord to booked survey, all in one flow.
A 2027 deadline, and no easy
way to know where you stand.
From 2027, it will be unlawful to let a commercial building in England and Wales with an EPC below a ‘C’ — with penalties reaching up to £150,000. Yet most landlords and asset managers have no quick way to see which properties in a portfolio are exposed, how bad the gap is, or what it would cost to fix.
Getting a commercial EPC has traditionally meant chasing assessors, waiting days for a quote, and hoping the number comes back compliant. Worse, rushed assessments lean on ‘worst-case’ default assumptions that can drag a borderline building below the line on paper — when accurate modelling would have passed it. Energy Survey needed to turn that slow, opaque process into something a building owner could self-serve in minutes.

Net Zero Solutions install commercial solar for UK businesses, and needed a site that could win serious enquiries — on a tight budget and a one-week deadline. So we ran an experiment: build the whole thing with AI. The site was vibe-coded directly in Figma Make, and every image on it was generated in Google Flow. No stock library, no separate design file, no handoff.

Those buyers are weighing a 25-year investment, so the site had to explain Capex versus PPA funding, walk through delivery, and look like a company you would trust on your roof.
The budget and timeline said otherwise: one week, and not enough for a conventional design-then-build cycle, let alone a commercial photoshoot on live solar sites. Rather than cut the scope down to a thin brochure page, we used it as a genuine test — could AI produce the whole thing, interface and imagery, to a standard we would actually put our name to?
