Elite are a Private Limited Company and have been successfully providing cleaning services and associated soft FM services to the public and private sector for over 17 years.
Our growth has been achieved by means of best practice, best value and a quality service supplied to each of our clients. Our main policy with regards to our success and growth is retention of customers and not by short-term relationships. With this in mind, we approach every customer with the same attention to detail, quality and professionalism as only a company of our status can provide.
We routinely manage multisite and single site contracts throughout the North, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and London. Our clients demand high quality commercial cleaning services, often where there is a heavy flow of employees and visitors throughout the site. Our multisite clients currently include the likes of Her Majesty’s Court Service, ITV National Contract and NHS Primary Care Trusts.
We currently provide and manage a range of additional facility support services into our client sites including Caretaking & Day Cleaning Service Operatives, Sanitary Services, Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance, Graffiti Removal, Cleaning Supplies, Barrier Matting, waste removal and recycling and Floor Maintenance.
Our ability to provide additional facility support services limits the number of suppliers our clients have to deal with, freeing up valuable time and money to enable them to manage their own business, whilst we manage their everyday facility support service requirements.
