After 30 years in global and boutique recruitment firms, where beating to my own drum wasn’t always easy, I’ve stepped into self-employment to do things in a way that works for me and, ultimately, my clients. My new consultancy is Ammolite Consulting (yes I love crystal's). Working with a select group of clients, in the Environmental, Sustainability, Green Energy & Healthcare sectors. Working globally I deliver services in Recruitment Advisory & Recruitment, and Self Awareness and Team Communication Coaching to enhance productivity and retention.

Through the P3 Behavioural Assessment tool, I help organisations refine their hiring techniques, build stronger, more cohesive teams, and improve retention.
