After explaining the somewhat gruelling process it takes in this competitive market of 2022.
They told me “that’s not possible Ash”
In all honesty I’ve never been a big fan of “that’s not possible” or “I can’t”
Unless you have tried something 100 plus times, how do you truly know?
It’s not possible to get deals - Have negotiated 100 times?
It’s not possible to get investors - Have you spoken to 100 people?
It’s not possible to get finance - Have you spoken to 100 brokers and lenders?
It’s not possible to get good tradesmen - Have you spoken to 100 trades people?
There’s not enough hours in the day - Have you prioritised your time/did you even try sleeping less?
There’s no secret to hard work and absolute dedication to what you do, I was never the smart one, the brains of the bunch. But where I excel is persistence, dedication, resilience and good old fashioned nitty gritty hard work.
Good deals are out there; you just have to be willing to put the time, effort and resources in to find them.
