With momentous decisions being made today at the ballot box it brought to mind a conversation with a friend of mine in a client company that had been making a lot of changes, both to processes and personnel. He had been feeling very happy in his work and believed that he was both doing well and being seen to do well.
However, a lack of communication about the who, what and why of the changes being made in his company had started to make him feel nervous. What would you do?
