With the recent weather in mind do you ever consider doing a property check? We all have a water stop tap in our house but do we ever check to see that it turns off our water? We all rely on it to switch off if a pipe bursts. I'm often surprised, when I view property prior to putting it on the market, that the location of the stop tap isn't known. It's one of the items we automatically check for along with the location of all meters. This is important to advise tenants prior to moving in.
