The mandatory implementation of Automatic Enrolment brings with it a wide range of responsibilities for employers of all sizes with many potential impacts on your business. Indeed, the first fines for non-compliance have been issued by the Pension Regulator.

I am not sure if the above link will work but what the article says is that the Regulator has warned that more fines are to be issued to employers failing to meet the deadlines.
